A group of 29 grade 12 learners from Indlozana High School; a School in Msinga area came to visit the Institute last week Thursday (24 February 2016). The intention of the visit was to get the deeper technical knowledge and understanding of the Poultry Sector in South Africa, these enthusiastic kids were accompanied by their Agricultural Science Educator Miss Dlamini and the Life Sciences Educator Miss Mnqumeni.
They were happy to be part of the visit and it got very interesting when they were taken for a farm tour. Questions asked were very relevant to what they learn at school and they actually confirmed that it was a productive visit and that it would help them in doing some of their assignments going forward.
All the best to them on their school work in this very challenging year ahead of them.
