Mentoring

Mentoring is a valuable addition to formal training especially for new-entrant and smaller-scale farmers. Our experienced mentors travel both within and outside South Africa to assist producers on their farms to achieve their goals.

This mentoring allows the farmer to adapt the sound production practices that they learn on course to their own resources and farm environment and work systematically towards achieving good results.
